Borgo69 has been designed to create a marriage of Tuscan traditional style, local materials and vernacular architecture with contemporary style and design.
The site will be developed using the fall of the land so that the apartments and cottages benefit from the stunning views over the Val di Chiana and towards the spires of Pozzo with Borgo69’s  bar and restaurant anquoring the development to the village.
“The Wall”,  Borgo69’s key feature Cuts through the whole development carrying the name plate at its start, whilst acting as the axis through the structure and deftly tying the existing property on the site to its new extension. Once passed the main body of the development “the wall” enters the olive groves that surround the property  dramatically ending in the stunning infinity pool with a fountain of water.
