Concierge Rental Program  

Our concierge rental programme has been designed to offer superior rental returns to those who join the programme and to give owners
peace of mind that their property will be looked after and maintained whilst rented out.

Superior Returns
As part of our Concierge rental programme you will be able to earn superior returns by benefiting from our experience in the rental market, our contacts, our existing client database and our competitive commission rates, at the same time utilising the Concierge at Borgo69 which will provide a meet and greet service at the property.

Our charges are as follows:
- A low commission rate on each rental of 12%.
- A flat marketing fee of between 1000 or 2000 euros (plus Vat) depending on the size of the cottage (1 or 2 bedrooms)
- A one off fee for inclusion on our web page.

It is our aim to encourage and develop direct bookings on which we will charge our commission at 12%, however, our years of experience in the Villa Rental market here in Italy have shown us the necessity to work in conjunction with high end independent travel agents and tour operators to increase capacity and expand our data base. These independent agents charge commissions from anywhere between an additional 10 to 25 percent and this will be charged on top of our commission. In our experience over all bookings the amount payable will average out at 18%. Overtime with increased direct bookings we are confident to arrive closer to our standard 12%.

Owners rental income and our commission will be paid out quarterly together with any third party commission to independent travel agents and tour operators with whom we work.

As part of the rental programme and in order to achieve these superior levels of rental returns, owners have to agree to us providing a daily maid service and linen rental, through our suppliers, and to having their apartment furnished in a style and with finishes that are consistent with the rest of our product range. Clients will be responsible for all normal cost of running their property.

In order to make the rental of your property as convenient as possible for you, you will have the option to store personal items within the complex and we will arrange for them to be put back into your apartment when you are due to arrive for a visit!
